Very reliable and professional company. I'm no spring chicken, but there isn't a chance in hell I'm selling my home I've lived in for 45 years because I can't get my old bones up and down my stairs. I was well taken care of by the young people working here and in my home. Very pleased with my stair lift, and the service I received.

Prompt and reliable service. Technicians are experienced and were able to service the chair lift quickly. I would recommend 101 Mobility for all your needs.

Called several companies looking for a stair lift for my Dad who is staying with us. Cecil contacted me back immediately and was able to provide me with pricing over the phone. A week later, the installer, Cody was here installing. Great service and my Dad is loving the Handicare Xclusive stair lift.

Took four days to answer my call about a wheelchair lift that wasn't working. Technician came out and looked at it for five minutes and charged us 229 for a \service fee.\ He told us what we already knew, that the charger wasn't working. Said he'd come back for 80 more and 136 for a new charger. The charger cost us 62 online and we put it in ourselves. We gave this feedback to 101 Mobility and we received a form letter which indicated they could care less. We are seniors, on fixed incomes, one of us with a disability and we feel ripped off by this treatment. Update 11/13: I wrote to the head of the company and he responded with a rather angry email, but he did refund our 229, so a happy ending. Except the lift is not really working right, never has. They installed it 5 years ago and now we feel like we have nowhere to go for repairs.
