If you are a do-it-yourself-er, this is the place for you. I've been buying parts from them for years and they have never not had the part I needed on hand at that very moment that I needed it. I've repaired 2 central AC units, a washer, a dryer, a side-by-side refrigerator and numerous misc small appliances with parts from this place. Note: They are ALWAYS busy, and even though they have 3 people working the front at all times, you might just have to wait 10-15 minutes for your turn, but it is fully worth it. Super helpful staff, great prices, parts on hand. Can't beat em.

Came home from vacation and the washing machine wasn't working. They had the part in stock. Drove right past them and had to turn back around. They are located between the pawn shop and the budget inn on college across from the family dollar store.
Great service it was difficult to notice where it was so I was 5 minutes past closing and they were still very patient even though they wanted to get home. Turns out it wrong part and refund was no problem
I needed a part for my dryer and they of course had it in stock. Both times my dryer has quit I have found what what I needed here.
I got the dish washer part I need right away. Loved it

They tried to sell me a motherboard for my ovev for 110.00 ,I found it online for 60.00 lesson learned always check online first
If you call you sit on hold FOREVER. They are overspriced as well. A part that I could get elsewhere for 35 was 85 here. When I called back for another price on a 5 part, I sat on hold for 15 min and hung up. Ridiculous.
