The staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and well-versed in their available stock. My husband and I went in looking for a last minute gift two minutes before closing, but they still took the time to help us find the perfect item. We felt bad keeping them to the last moment, but the staff went above and beyond to help us out. We will definitely continue shopping here in the future.

It was the first time I'd been in there and I loved it. They have such a great selection. When I asked where a certain item was, he came from behind the counter (another person was working with him) and took me to where that kind was. They were polite and the setup is kind of like open concept for a book store. I could stay in that place for hours.
Great selection of books and vinyl. The employees are always friendly. My daughter loves 2nd & Charles so that's a plus.
You can find what your imagination is looking for most of the time. And if you can't they will find it and ship it to you. I've visited this store numerous times and it never disappoints. So take your kids and go enjoy a little reading adventure.
