Received my son's glove broke on 1st practice. Sent it for repairs they received it on February 4, 2021 today is the 24th I can’t get a hold of anybody!!

When I have called, I get very short answers. I was told I would receive it within the original 4-5 weeks as promised and that didn't happen. The arm guard looks nice but that is not the point. UNDER PROMISE, OVER DELIVER.
The gloves are amazing.. unfortunately it seems like this place is extremely understaffed. Been trying to order two gloves since November during the sale event. The gloves weren’t adding to my cart. It’s so hard to get ahold of anyone, because the phone is always busy. Finally got a hold of someone and she was able to help me.. gave me her email but took about a week to add them to my cart, she said she would send me the discount code within 48 hrs since I was trying to purchase. It’s been about 3 weeks now and have followed up with emails and haven’t received a response.
I loved almost everything about the process from creating my own personal glove to the moment it arrived in a bag with our name on it. Yes, it will take 5-7 weeks to arrive and yes, it is tough to get them on the phone or request changes once your order is submitted but aside from that, you can't beat the leather quality or options for the price. I've ordered 2 for my son and I and have recommended the company to 3 friends who have all loved everything about the gloves thus far. If you get the Pro Stiff, make sure you understand that it will take a while to break the glove in properly, just like with any other pro-quality glove. If there was ever a question as to the quality, just look at the numerous players who are now using 44. They are a growing name in the Pros. You will absolutely see more Rawlings and Wilson as they've been in the game forever but at a fraction of the cost of those gloves and with the all of the options, 44 is tough to beat. If you do not have to order immediately, be patient and wait for one of their 20-25% off sales. I paid 225 for my glove and only 156 for my son's with the discount code. That's literally about 150-200 less than Rawlings HOH or the A2000. You can get 2 of these for the price of one of those with their discount. Again, everyone has a preference but my personal experience and the experiences of those that I know have all been very positive.
My glove arrived about a month ago. It did come extremely stiff, but is very usable now after a few sessions of playing catch and conditioning with the 44 glove rub. It is incredibly beautiful leather. Love the palm liner. Some people say it doesn't stand up to the Wilson A2000 or Rawlings HOH, etc. I can't attest to that as I have never owned one of the others. But those other gloves are quite a bit more money. And in designing your own glove, you are creating your own work of art. That can be addicting, as I have 2 more on the way. But at 213 out the door with the palm liner and shipping, it's my new healthy hobby. Another bonus is that my bedroom now smells like rich leather.
Amazingly crafted gloves with great materials for a cheap price. They take a while but that is because they are custom made. Great selection and amazing gloves.
DO NOT ORDER!! We placed an order on 11/7 for *guaranteed by Christmas delivery. The company was responsive at first, but now they won't answer any messages or emails and we have YET to receive the glove.
