If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews and take note every single one of them was written over a year ago. Management is extremely unprofessional and will make your life a living nightmare. Consider living in your car before signing a lease here.
The most unprofessional management group! Even if I did not like someone I would now send them to 605 Place. Plan to waste money in applying for someone's contract, they will not let you buy their contract and will try and give you your own contract. Worst experience ever!
Management is friendly and very helpful. Any problem you have they will figure it out. Sydnee in the front office is very sweet and helpful. I do recommend 605 place.
I’ve had asked many times to be transferred of my apartment cause of messy roommates. I payed the 150 fee to move out in AUGUST! And they haven’t done anything. Worst part of all, I haven’t got my refund back. They just don’t do their job and pretend they are listening to you. I’ve been here for two years! How much you guys gonna bet they don’t even read this reviews? Cause they are selfish.
