I have felt stuck many times in my life without a clear resolution of how to move forward. Some issues or patterns that I have battled with include loneliness and financial insecurity. When Hemla started group family constellations a couple of years ago, I jumped onboard. Family constellations help break patterns that we have inherited from our ancestors, either consciously or unconsciously. I don’t even know many of my ancestors, and that’s okay! The best way to describe these constellations is an unstructured chess board of many moving pieces, with the only agenda to clear and heal the pain or loss that our ancestors have faced, thereby clearing our issues. Like many people, I never know how a constellation will unfold. I do know that, whether I participate for someone else’s constellation or do my own, I walk out knowing that somehow, in some way, the healing process has started for an issue that I have in my life. Participating in other’s constellations also reinforces how we’re able to receive feelings or words intuitively and easily, even when we don’t know the person that we’re representing in the constellation. I found it cathartic to experience how words, a hug or a good cry can change the past significantly. One of my most memorable experiences was when one of my constellations went many, generations back! I wanted to heal my feelings of loneliness and this constellation brought understanding as to why I felt the way I did. What’s even better is that I don’t have to do anything after these constellations. The healing starts to unfold energetically. Hemla incorporates Color Therapy and the Enneagram into these constellations, which is a unique way of explaining the story. She’s a gifted intuitive healer, facilitator, and above all, very compassionate. It's truly been one amazing experience after another, and so I keep on coming back.

She is a wonderful facilitator. When you go to see her, you feel like you are seeing a dear old friend. She holds the space for you and listens with compassion in a non-judgmental way. She empowers you and helps you to see yourself and your gifts. She clears the fog for you to see better and gives you a positive energy. If you go to see her, even if you have no idea what is happening to you, she will guide you and gently help you identify possible issues and point out the relevant therapies.
Hemla is an extraordinary person and mentor. Initially I wasn’t sure what to expect but, numerous sessions later, I am still pleasantly surprised and grateful for the work we’ve done together. She has transformed my life! Open your heart and mind to the possibility that you can significantly change your outlook on life, and she will guide you to a place of love and acceptance. I can’t say enough about Hemla…I highly recommend working with her!

I have had numerous sessions with Hemla (color therapy, crystal healing and quantum energetic) and am coming back for more.
