I came to 816 Custom’s to have a remote start installed in my Lexus. The owners were amazing, very friendly and explained everything I needed to know. I’m so thankful I went to 816 Custom’s because they guarantee their work and are SO much more reasonable than other remote start installers that you may find on Groupon or what have you. Loving have a remote start with how cold the weather is lately, especially since I have to park outside all of the time! Thank you guys!

Patrick is awesome. He came to our home to do a switch out because we couldn't get the original car to him. That shows he cares about his customers. Will definitely be doing business with him in the future.

I called 816 Customs and asked if they could install remote start on my 2012 Avalon, my moms 1997 Tacoma and my Aunt’s Versa. Patrick was confident he could get all of us done in one day and did! It’s been about a month since we had them installed and all three of us love the convenience of have the remote start. I would highly recommend 816 Customs . Customer service A They worked with our time frame. Very friendly and they have a cute waiting area too. Convenience A The shop was easy to find Product A All three cars have had no issues with the remote start. They all start when we need them.
Quick efficient, fair prices and friendly staff. I had some running boards installed on my truck. Wow, not only did I get the best deal in town with these amazing step bars for 50% less than the dealerships around the city. Then the owner was doing this ceramic coating product to another customers vehicle, it looked so good, I had him schedule me in. These people are aces come check them out.
I took my truck in for an autostart installation that I got for Christmas. I decided to have them add a leveling kit and tint the windows. Due to circumstances beyond their control, the job took longer than expected but Patrick took great care of us and made it right. The work is perfect and the customer service is outstanding. I'm a picky person and I would highly recommend this business and will be taking all of my vehicles to them for everything.
