Awesome customer service! Took my 15yo central vac system to them and they fixed it for a reasonable amount! Diagnosed it over the phone and I expected an expensive fix. After taking the unit to them, they figured out it was just the switch and replaced it! Also, had to have a belt replaced and bought a new hose for cheaper than I could find online! Highly recommend them!!

Coolest vacuum shop ever. Pieces and parts for every make and model. If he doesn't have it, he will try and get it-new or used. He has a wide selection of refurbished used vacuums and carpet cleaners. Better than the new vacuums on the market. He repaired my 30 year old canister vac and it sucks (lol) better than ever. Shop local and spend your money with a small business owner.

I took 2 vacuums to A1 Vacuum today. This is the second time I have taken my vacuums in for repairs. Upon my arrival today, I was talking to the 2 guys that own the business. They asked me if I lived in the area, I told them no. I live about 60 miles away. Both guys stopped what they were doing and fixed both my vacuums, while I waited!! They did this out of the kindness of their hearts. They didn't want me to make a return trip, since I lived so far away!! Talk about an AWESOME way to take care of their customers and an AWESOME way to run a business!! I could not have been more grateful for the guys taking care of me, in such a expedient manner!! I will continue to take my vacuums to A1 Vacuum in Collinsville Illinois as long as they are in business!! If you have vacuums in need of repairs go see them!! You will NOT be disappointed!!! Thank you again guys!!!
