While "construction signs" and general lack of parking on the street in Menlo Park, I don't care for their parking policy. I don't doubt they are nice people, but when there is nobody in the store and nobody in the parking lot, their policy states you are on private property so don't you dare conduct any other business while parked on their lot. They sell key protectors for 25.

I would not recommend this place, overpriced, dishonest customer service. I spoke to the General Manager "Lee" about an issue I had with one of the employees and instead of listening to my concern, he completely changed the subject. Stay away!

A friend of mine who lives across the street recommended this place. I wish I had known about it earlier and not wasted so much time and money at Kinko's/FedEx! Todd is a darling and the whole place is unbelievably cozy - I never would have thought that a roomful of printers can be cozy.
Good service but extremely expensive. 30 for just a part for a deadbolt lock. Not even a whole lock. Would have been 15 for an entire lock at Home Depot. I was bringing a friend there so he was deciding and unfortunately he paid it even though I advised him not to.
I just had the worst experience with Robert! He was rude, obnoxious and tried to over charge me for a simple lock!! I called about 3 different companies and they were the only available ones and I saw some good reviews so figured what the hell let's try them. I regret that decision. I would advise you to stay away from this business and especially Robert! I wish there was less than 1 star!
