Started car insurance policy with them and paid close to 200 to start the policy. No big deal next month comes along and my monthly payment was 80 I tried to pay and they told me my policy was canceled.... I asked why and they said because I didn’t give the first payment which was very confusing??? They said that the lady who charged me the almost 200 only charged me to start my policy but never the insurance payment?!? Very disappointing that I had to spend so much money on something that I wasn’t covered with. Please explain better next time.
