Ken did an excellent job for me building a new stair rail for our house in Ocean Ridge. Professional and dedicated to his craft. I will certainly work with him in the future.

Mid-November 2019 we gave Ken our 4,000 deposit and the mahogany wood to make our new stair railings. He said he could deliver in 3 weeks. Since then there has been little if no contact. We really liked him and believed he would deliver. After many calls and texts that have not been returned we are hoping that there might be a good excuse (health, emergency, etc.). I will gladly update this review if he comes through because I do not want to mistakenly ruin someone's reputation. All we can go on at this point is that we are out money and materials and no contact from Ken. Ken--if you are out there please contact us. Update--The owner has contacted us and said he would get back to us on Thursday when we hope that he will either convince us that he will complete the project to our satisfaction or return our money and materials. Again, my intent is not to misrepresent the situation but to get a resolution that is suitable for all parties. .I will continue to update as necessary. I am hopeful. Feb 22. 2020--Update. Ken has successfully installed our stair railings and it is everything we had hoped for. It is beautifully designed and professionally installed. We were sorry to have hear of his recent health issues and really appreciated him making the extra effort to complete our install. We are now very happy and wish Ken and his business success. Thank you!!

Ken replaced our old wooden stair railing with a new beautiful railing with iron balusters. He was professional and the quality of his work was incredible. The stairway quickly be an the focal point of our home and I can't think of a single person who's entered our home without complimenting the beautiful stairway. I would highly recommend Ken to anyone. Thank you again!!!
