Came here on a late Saturday for a quick bite with a friend, the seat area was cozy and clean and wasn’t to crowded. The service was quick and polite but the food was lacking. The green tea that was served tastes very strange and the beer was warm. My friend and I order some scallion pancakes and vegetable dumplings; we joked about how there was only 3 pieces of scallion on our order and the the dumplings tasted like some odd seafood. Overall not to happy with our experience. One good thing about this place was the price, total bill coming to around 14.

Decent Chinese food for reasonable price. Specialises in Shanghainese food including dumplings and xiao long bao. Dumpling skin is a bit too thick and doughy. Rice dishes came with a lot of rice but not much meat. Lady was making them fresh at the seating area. Shop is clean but cramped. Service was good.

The food is authentic and tasty, however the service is very poor. I would like to recommend the crab/pork soup dumplings, they are very good.

Love the pan fried pork buns , xiao long bao (steamed soup pork dumplings) , stir fried rice cake with strands of pork n Napa cabbage , tiny wonton soup very authentic Shanghainese cooking , plus everyone that works there is Shanghainese including owner All the China Eastern (shanghai based) who stay at Hyatt Place come here to eat as soon as they arrive
