DO NOT DEAL with THESE THIEVES! I was in a total loss accident at no fault and injured, on pain meds and should not of been vehicle shopping, BUT was force to make a quick decision because of insurance. I had looked at a Specific Truck with add ons. MSRP with “Factory Add Ons” was 54k. Salesman said the cost was slightly higher because of lift kit, rims and tires. I ask - How much. Ryan goes in to get the price, returns at the vehicle and says 58k. It is 4K for the 3rd party add ons. I ask if there are any rebates. Salesman changed the subject. They take my credit app, I ask for a quote in writing. After an hour waiting it was late so I left. Received a call from “Ryan” 2 days later. Ryan says all the paperwork was ready and the vehicle was ready for pick up. I reply and said - Ryan I have not seen any quote or paperwork yet and is there any rebates. He said we will go over all of that when I arrive. I arrive right before they close and in a rush sign the paperwork, 2 Days later when the meds I was Taking from my wreck injury wear off I look over my paperwork. Total sale price of vehicle 79,633.00. 3rd party add ons was 11k (rims/tires/lift kit) they added the rebate tax my down payment to show “total price of truck. As soon as I realized what happen I began requesting a meeting ASAP. No return calls. It took 3 Weeks to get a meeting and what did they have to say - “Ryan”, the salesman, never should of told me the price was 58k. He was wrong. I told them I priced the rims/tires and lift kit myself and the price in inline. Fiancé mgr reply - we are here to make money, we marked it up to 11k and I am so sorry you feel as though you were Mislead.....!!!!!!! ALL Means avoid Acadian Dodge and any affiliated stores LIKE they Have a DEADLY PLAUGE! They are LYING THIEVES!!!!!

4 times in for the same reason. Loud noise coming from the front of car. In fact from the oil filter housing. This last visit i was told that i modifies my resonator in the back of my car which is causing my engine to sound loud. I do believe that is incorrect. It only enhances the exhaust. Not the engine. I would show a pic of their findings but cannot on here. Also they never mentioned that i sent videos of the sound and also videos of the uspb ports not working using the correct charging cable. Another issue i had. I just would really like clarification on how a muffler makes a whining noise in the front of vehicle. ???? Thanks for getting my resonator voided from my warranty.

The revviews here are older and everything has changed at the dealership. I bought a brand new jeep Gladiator from the Abbeville location on 2-4-2020. I was so excited i got my dream vechile. I decided to take a trip to New Orleans .i got into the vechile leave. The jeep did not start.Here we are Sunday still without a vechile to drive. I had go round and round till this afternoon then they told me i could have a vechile if i needed one for today but i would have to bring it back to the place that was rented from tomorrow. Here i am strandeed in new Orleans. Still no Vechile to get me back to Gueydan La. Im at the mercy of friend to let me stay at their house. Im having to stsy in new Orleans until they get my heep fixed. What happened to customer service. If Abbeville ,la dealership would of come and had my vechile towed and brought me another vechille to go home i would not be stranded in New Orleans..tomorrow will be day no. 3 and im still in new Orleans . I paid extra for roadside assistance but was refused when i called them to help me they said cause its Sunday they couldn't help me.
