I never write reviews, but Abbey Funeral Services was so amazing I decided to talk about my experience. The Funeral Director Gary, is an incredible man and professional. My father died unexpectedly and Gary was there to walk me through all the unknowns and details. He is very honest, caring, attentive, patient, straightforward man. He takes all the time you need to explain everything from the legality and finances, to even giving you ideas of proper ways to honor the passing of my father. I never felt pressured or obligated for anything he was very accommodating to our situation. Honestly words cannot express the incredible job and professional services we received. I felt incredibly comfortable and safe in this funeral home and with the services. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family who have to go through a difficult time

I can't express enough how much Abbey's Funeral Chapel has helped me in so many ways. My father died very unexpectedly and I didn't even know how to begin planning a funeral and also with being out of state (I live in Alabama), I thought it was going to be very difficult. Gary stepped up and guided me threw it all. Step by step and left out no detail but was also very aware of my fragile emotions and was very sympathetic. Warned me about difficult questions I had to answer and was thinking about my emotions first rather than just getting paid. Gary really connects with his clients and made sure I was treated as family. He was also very professional but can get on our level and really relate to what we are going threw which was very comforting. Never have I ever experienced such great service but would recommend to anyone and I'm beyond glad I found this funeral chapel. Thank you so much Abbey's Funeral Chapel and specially to Gary for helping me in my time of need.
There are no words to express our gratitude. Gary, has been wonderful, professional and caring to our family in our time of pain. His professionalism, care and respect did not go unnoticed. I have known Brian for many years, when I was in the funeral industry, and my Funeral home was not able to fully meet the needs of the family I was helping, I would always suggest Abbey Funeral Home. I know they will always put the ones in need first and go above and beyond to help. It's not easy to find a funeral home who will do their very best, but the staff at Abbey always will.
