My complaint is that i signed up with your storage while living in NJ and relocating to NC. It was 35 a month so i jumped on it. That price must have been a one month special because i have been paying 72 per month since. It was my fault for not reading the fine print but it a lesson learned

Ladonna Davis the manager there is a very sweet lady and she will help you in any way possible to make sure that you are satisfied and very well taken care of this is why I rated 5 stars absolutely loved it there I love you experience there and I really enjoyed the kindness of the manager there very sweet humble lady.
I have three units to support my house staging and move. Staff is professional and accommodating. Highly recommend!
Just what you want from a storage facility; clean, convenient, safe and simple. And at competitive rates. We rented a small space on a monthly basis and I could pay the rental fee online. The manager, LaDonna, was always pleasant and helpful. When it came time to end our rental there were no problems - I just let her know we no longer needed the space and she said thank you and that we were all set. Plus they gave us a lock to use and we got to keep the lock when we left! I would not hesitate to rent from them again....
