I highly do not recommend this place. The women here are HOR-RI-BLE, No joke. Customer service. Yea right. Be Warned! You will have literally stepped in to another dimension. These are the most rude, gals this side of the Mississippi. And they wear that badge of FU well, I must say.

Lady Liberty

The woman at the desk who helped me was rude. She had someone else’s drivers license and told me I had given it to her when I didn’t. Then she wanted to argue and make a scene. Turns out she didn’t give me my stickers so I called back. They failed to do their job correctly, and I paid for services to be delivered. When I called back, they said well you can come down and pay again. Then I had to escalate. Way to treat military families.

I must have won an anti-version of wheel of fortune. Not only was the lady near sarcastically rude, but i got to pay an extra almost 500 when i got notice that my check given to me from the dealer covering tax wouldnt be accepted because, well im not sure she didnt have the motivation to walk 25 steps back and ask. The motto that hangs from the office rings true \We promise fast service no matter how long it takes\. It gets two stars because i share the same humor she did, just not when it involves my money. I also succesfully got texas plates from one of their workers, which is a monumental succes in my books.
