Of course, I love places like this! A natural amphitheater carved by weather out of the stone walls. Concrete walkways and rails leading up to the amphitheater. Easy walk. Picnic tables scattered about. So peaceful when I was there as I was the only one. Beautiful New Mexico!

Echo Amphitheatre is a great little picnic area. It is closed during covid restrictions but you can walk around the gate and see the sandstone amphitheatre. It's a nice place to stop and stretch your legs.

We were driving through the area and were not aware this was there. It was a spur of the moment decision to stop. We had a blast singing and acting silly. There are picnic tables if you have packed food. The sound is amazing. It was well worth the stop.

Very cool, vibrant layers in the rocks. The ampitheater is a huge echo chamber, and can make cars on the highway sound very close, it's really cool.

Passing through. Had to stop by and make some noise. After a few hours of driving. It was nice yo stretch out the legs and do a small walk.
