Ken quickly diagnosed our heating problems and was on his way. He told us what to watch for. Our furnace is 14 years old so he told us it might be time to consider replacement, especially if the problem repeats itself. I called the previous night, and Ken was dispatched out to our home before 10 am. Thanks for a quick response.

So my Furnaces went down recently. I found out able was one of the original installer of my current house before I moved in. Gave them a call and Tony, the rep, come pretty quick with all the information need after the inspection. We finalized the deal and they got everything professionally installed with decent price. We did get into some small incidents, but they shorted it out really quick. No complain at all, I would recommend their service :)
Able Heating and Cooling is \the company\ to do business with. Their technician Ken came out and fixed our heating problem. After our initial installer didn't install the system correctly, Able Heating and Cooling came out and redid the wiring for our system. Great value and very professional. Highly recommend!
The technician was efficient, thorough and really pleasant. He had to get down in a crawl space a number of times to figure out what was wrong. He explained the problem in a way that even my 80 year old brain could understand. It turned out to be a part that is under warranty from another company. He gave me the company’s phone number, the part model number, where the part is snd what was wrong with it. Now when I call the other company I will sound as if I know what I’m talking about!
Fantastic service, responsiveness, and expertise with my ductless unit. I called late on a Tuesday and Nick was over at 8:30am on Wednesday. He quickly diagnosed why there was water leaking from the unit and also found another issue that might arise down the road and fixed it as well. I had received a quote from another company before calling Able and thought it sounded a bit extravagant given how new the unit was and with the water leak being so minimal. I couldn't recommend Able high enough, call them if you have an issue and you'll be very happy.
