Matt's business is much more than converting video and images to digital formats. He is in the business of preserving memories and legacies for families. My family gave him a massive project after the death of my father, who was a history teacher. Over many years our father recorded hundreds of interviews with veterans in a massive oral history project covering WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. Many of these were on quickly deteriorating VHS with some on DVD. Matt did an incredible job tackling this project and delivered external drives so that each member of my family could have these and so that these important stories from veterans could be preserved. Matt also converted a lot of family VHS going back decades. His work is an amazing gift to our family and to history. We are extremely grateful and cannot recommend him highly enough!

I was searching for a reasonably priced video transfer service and found AVS and the reviews were great. So I sent 8mm film reels & VHS tapes for transfer. They did an excellent job at a great price. I had both DVD and mp4 formats. I’m grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend them.
Great company at very competitive prices. Absolute video did a great job on my old family videos. They even picked them up and dropped off the finished product to my home (and originals). I would highly recommend them plus their prices are lower than any other place I had researched.
I called Matt Foley at Absolute Video Services after being referred by a friend who had had VHS tapes transferred to DVDs in the past by Absolute. My friend spoke very highly of the comparative low cost, speedy service, and great customer service. I totally agree. I telephoned Matt Foley in the beginning to ask questions about completing the order form. He returned my call promptly and gave me guidance for my transfer order. I sent 33-VHS tapes for transfer to DVDs. The work was completed in a surprisingly quick turnaround and at a cost that was very reasonable. I had several phone conversations with Matt during the shipping and processing of the order, as well as, exchanging several emails with him. He was always very prompt with any return calls or emails, and I greatly appreciate his professionalism. The DVDs that I have reviewed thus far were done very well, and the company returns the DVDs in a nice, titled, plastic carrying case. Thus far, I could not be more pleased with the quality of work, professionalism, and customer service provided by Matt Foley and Absolute Video Services. I will definitely go back to the company if future needs arise, and I would highly recommend the company for the services they provide.
