Store is usually stocked and it's a very convenient location. HOWEVER the weekends are busy here and they always lack staff, or they are off doing other things because there is usually never more than 2 registers open. And for whatever reason, when a customer disputes a charge they take care of it right there at the register instead of utilizing the customer service desk and a manager. Which then holds up the line and no one else is called up to help. Think the store has opportunity to be more customer service oriented.

Love the friendly and helpful staff. I have gone to this location at different times and the customer service didn't change. Greeted and welcomed the moment I walked inside, was asked various times if I needed any help, everything was wonderful. I was in and out within a few minutes. Love their customer service.

I'm so upset that AC Moore is closing! Whomever said the store is always a mess and there's always long lines is confusing it with something else. It's always very well organized and I've never waited in line any longer than any other retailer. I'm a frequent shopper there and have been for many years. I went to Michael's in Whitehall yesterday, there's no comparison and I'm cringing at the thought of them taking over. I'd rather drive out of my way and go to Hobby Lobby. Michael's prices are through the roof, even with sales or coupons there's no deal to be found. The store is laid out in the most difficult and disorganized manner and the selection made me want to cry. There was not one person in line....because there was no people shopping there!

Craft stores bring me such happiness. Everyone is always in a good mood. The store I went to is clean, well-organized with a friendly staff. Bathrooms are pretty clean too!

This place is a disgrace. I shop here every time I receive a 50-60% off coupon(which I receive with every cash out I have). I love their selection of farm/zoo animals they have for my son. Every time we go I purchase him one. I went in there with a 50% off one item coupon & a 60% off one item coupon. I used my 60% off on a cleaning kit for toddlers that was 45 originally. I paid for it then I told the cashier (Zachary) that I had another coupon that was for 50% off of one item that I was using towards a mini bowling set game. He told me I wouldn’t be able to use two coupons. I told him I was willing to do two separate transactions & he still told me no it’s one coupon per customer so I asked what if I walk out of the store wait 5 minutes then come back in, he still said no because it’s one coupon per customer per day.. Now I drove 25 minutes away to purchase both of these items with both of my coupons. I get home and I call the store to speak to a manager. Her name is Ashley Toth (from what I could hear over the phone) As I’m speaking to her she gives me attitude saying it reads on the coupon that only one type of coupon per household is allowed to be used per day.. I’m reading over it as she’s telling me and I’m telling her that my coupon does not state that. She’s telling me yes it does and I’m telling her no it doesn’t. She told me to come back and they would honor it IF it doesn’t say one per household when I told her IT CLEARLY DOES NOT. Then she hung up on me. I want to speak to corporate about this further. She is not professional at all and Zachary as an employee should’ve saw the coupon himself that it doesn’t say “per household”. I’m furious

I love craft stores. This one has pretty much anything, and good prices. If they don't have it, ask and they can tell you if one of the other stores in the area have what you need. With holiday crafting I can find, flowers, lights, paint , wood, glitter, putty, glass items and projects already done. If my review was helpful please hit like.
