My client has an old system, probably from the 80s. One of the pads wasn't working, so she called for repair, telling them it's a very old system. The service man came to the house, said there was nothing he could do. When asked why they didn't just tell her that on the phone, he replied \I don't know.\ He said a sales person would be calling in a day or so to come provide an estimate for an update. No call was received. A month later, she got a bill in the mail for a 95 service call. She asked me to call to ask why she has to pay almost one hundred dollars for nothing., so I did. I called, spoke with the service manager who seemed uncaring and rude. He said that's the rate for a service call, if we knew it was an old system, why would we call for service. He said to pay the bill and not to expect any more service. Done. I'm very disappointed to say that I'll never call or recommend them for anything, ever again.

I've been in my home for a little less than a year and have never had an alarm system before. This company is wonderful! I've had a few incidents where I have forgotten I have set the alarm and accidentally set it off. They are always quick to call within seconds to make sure everything is okay. The money spent is not only well under budget (basically free with the savings I receive from my homeowners' insurance) but most definitely well worth the peace of mind I get from knowing someone is always monitoring my home 24/7. I highly recommend these guys to anyone!!!

Called to get a quote on a security system. Was on hold for a few seconds.....lady tells me he's not answering his page so she would put me through to his voicemail. Lol really? Edit: why would a potential customer who was just blown off, leave their information? You lost a client that day. I certainly hope you have improved your communication and customer standards.
