I had someone from the organization I'm on the board for reach out for a rough estimate on an ice sculpture and was disappointed to hear that they were treated with short, snippy responses. As a potential customer I would expect to be treated with more respect and kindness. I work in sales myself and would never treat someone interested in what we offer that way.

This place is all business. I you need a lot of ice fast go here. You have to enter off of 5th and it looks like a warehouse but they are fast and all ways have ice.

I work for a busy full service restaurant and the ice machine stopped making ice. They were out within 2 hours. We never went without!
