Helpful and Knowledgeable staff
I've definitely been to better places. If you are a homeowner and not a contractor you will get you know what-ed on price. Service I had issues with...I had some extra untouched material left over from the job and they refused to take it back...like what am I supposed to do with it throw it in the garbage? Service means accommodation, convenience, not wasting resources...etc etc Maybe even charge a restocking fee so the materials don't go to waste. Her answer to me was \go try and sell it to another landscaper.\ Ha! The cherry on top was the fee they charge you when paying with a credit card...nice.
ACE Stone Yard, in Lawrenceville, NJ, deserves SIX Stars, Five just isn't enough. They have the best selection of stone and granite anywhere, and Sue is beyond amazing. She is the most helpful and knowledgable person in the business in my experience. I tried to work with several Stone Yards in PA and NJ prior to finding ACE. We would not have been able to obtain the results we achieved without their help and materials. The quantity and quality of the Bluestone and Granite products found at ACE are simply on another level.
Great place to go if your looking for stone. The employees are very helpful and really great to work with.
