It has been right at six months since my experience with Acme Fabrication. I did not want to write this review on an angry impulse. I'm sure if you need something simple like a gate, staircase railing, fire pit cover or are business that already has a CAD drawing on hand and just need the fabrication done. These guys can probably do it. But if you are an individual that need some semi-precision parts fabricated in a cradle to grave style process (from initial concept - drawing - finished product). Prepare for some disappoint! After six weeks of nothing, I mean nothing.......could not even get a return phone call a status or an update of any kind. After six weeks of darkness with these guys, gave them four weeks to produce \something\ and called for two week before I finally had the time during their office hours to stop by and pick up the parts I'd left with them. I completely understand that times are busy and things can time to do. What I can't understand and is extremely unprofessional is not being forthcoming and upfront with the potential timeline and above all, returning a phone call. These guys set me back a few week in a project I was working on and forced me to have to you a larger corporate fab shop. Which I hate doing to the local small businesses in Midlothain. Also, I'd like to add that I am not speaking to the quality of the work that their shop produces. I did not get experience that part of their business.

Both Johnny and Aaron are great guys and helped me get my firepit project taken care of, and interrupted their normal workflow to rush it out for me at an amazing price. Thanks again to the team at Acme!!
