I had my rental screening application completed through this company and it came back stating that my credit score was zero and that was not accurate because I took out a car loan especially to build my credit. In addition to that 5 days ago I received a rental screen report from another company and it said that my credit was 665. Also my landlord said that they are not able to verify my previous rental history. When I tried to call them to figure out what was the issue they basically did not enter the email address accurately so my previous landlord never received the inquiry to complete the verification. I would strongly suggest using another screening company.

I don't believe any of the folks working here have any sense of how to communicate politely. My girlfriend and I were assisted by Joe Pekala and May Warrick. Joe was a complete jerk, with less courteous customer service than the average DMV. May was a little better, but clearly incapable of opening emails (she had to have me resend the same email 3 times) and had a uncanny ability to speak down to you in a belittling fashion, just as one can see in their response to other google reviews here for their lousy service. I would not recommend using their services as a homeowner, they do add a significant cost to the application fee. We were told we would be charged 50 by the rental management agency, and we were actually charged 65 each. All in all an incredibly distasteful experience, and I hope to never have to deal with these inconsiderate people again.
Absolutely worthless company! The owner of the house wanted us to rent the house but claims acranet did not get verification of employment and gave the house to someone else. Also acranet didn't bother to call us to notify us of any problems! Even though we had proof of employment and w2 forms and great refremces info they needed...We still lost the house because the owner could wait no longer. Today we found out we were lied to! Our employer did give the verification of employment contrary to what acranet told the owner! Is there any way to report this to the state of Washington? I'll find out!

If you want to rent somewhere that uses this service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Ever since I applied for a rental (which the fee was twice what most places charge), I've been inundated with spam, scam, and robo calls. They obviously sell your information to third parties.
