I had them move my upright, and from start to finish, they were absolutely professional. I was able to see how they packed my piano in the truck, and I am definitely going to use them again. I had zero doubts on their securing process and felt confident that my piano would not even get scratched.

After a year of interviewing companies for a turn of century C. Bechstein full restoration, settle on action piano for the project. It was immediately clear Ron, and Linda were at the top of their game for the internals from our initial at home meeting, and they did not disappoint. I did have reservations as to the case work. Piano having both sun, termite damage, and a desire to see it restored in high gloss Owner Mary and company had their work cut out. Robie is certainly on point in his craft. Well done Action Piano!!

I wouldn't trust any other company with my piano. Not only do the insure the piano for the replacement cost they transport it completely wrapped and protected! The crew was quick, efficient and professional the whole time. It was amazing to watch.
Action Piano Services were amazing! I had to my my grand piano up a flight of stairs and not only did they make it look easy they were extremely professional throughout the whole process. From the time I called their office to the point where the owner/moving supervisor and crew showed up I felt like I was was dealing with the best of the best! I will definitely use them again and be recommending them to all my family and friends for their future piano moves!
The staff are excellent from the office staff to the movers. They utilize box trucks to transport our pianos to our customers. There is not any delivery that they have not been able to provide. They are able to take pianos up flights of stairs, use lifts, zoom booms and cranes when we have needed a complicated delivery. They are the go to company for piano moves. They are completely insured for the replacement value of the pianos which gives us and our customers peace of mind (not insured by the pound) as most movers are insured. They do comprehensive back ground checks on the movers through the State of Texas directly and not through a third party. They use box trucks installed with lift gates not ramps to ensure the safety of the piano move. We would not trust any other Texas Piano Mover to deliver to our customers.
