Good work space. Expensive.
They will take basically take all of your deposit, even if you user their demanded expensive paints and leave the space in great condition. So calculate that into your thinking before you rent here! Multiple times the build was not accessible because the door locks where broken.’
Moved into this space for six months for an art project, wish I could have stayed longer! Great building and neighbors, and the Manager James Sipe is very professional and easy to work with. Got my whole deposit back with no issues at all. Landon Collins' review is funny, maybe he should have followed the rules and left the space as he got it to get his deposit back. Have to love the hilarious vindictive reviews people leave on here!
