This is the first time for me doing acupuncture. I was skeptical of the science of acupuncture and it’s effectiveness. I changed my mind after 3 visits. Effectiveness is highly dependent on the injury or pain you experience. I have no injuries, just irritated nerves in the back. The doctor is sharp and observant. I felt a significant reduction in pain and muscles soreness. He used cupping and needles. Give it a try. It is not painful nor scary.
