We used Northwest Exterminating for 2.5 years on our northwest Cobb county rental home for the quarterly bug service. We saw very few bugs and when we did they were dead. Only once did we have 2-3 live bugs (the big black ones) but it was hot, rainy summer and they were scheduled to come in a few weeks anyways. Came right out and took care of it and we didn’t see anymore bugs. Friendly, Effective professional service....highly recommend!

I bought my home back in 2019 as a new build. The builder supplied a year warranty for terminates. Ever since, I have received a fake statement asking to remit 75 for a service. It is very shady, no one has come out and done any work, they don’t call and speak to you. They try and steal 75 for something they didn’t do. I would never do business with this company ever. Too shady
