Completely unresponsive. When we purchased a pellet stove from this company, they rarely responded to calls or emails. But we assumed any company could provide ongoing service and maintenance, so we stuck it through. Now when we need service on our new pellet stove, we've learned that no other pellet stove retailer will service this brand. They only service the brands they sell. Meanwhile, Adams Stove Co. still won't respond to calls or emails. We feel completely scammed into buying a pellet stove that cannot ever be fixed if something goes wrong.
David and his crew did an outstanding job helping us select then installing a Pacific Energy wood burning fireplace insert. The installation was on time and very professional. We are very happy with the insert and with his work.
