Adiamor has been wonderful to deal with over the past several years. We created an very nice 3 stone engagement ring and wedding band that my wife adores. (I also worked with them on a couple of pairs of diamond earrings.)They are also willing to work with you on other precious stones. The staff are fantastic and willing to work with you on both traditional designs and more creative ones. (A big thanks to Kristina.) They also help me create travel versions of the expensive items so my wife does not worry so much when we travel. I have recommended them to friends and family and several of them have worked with Adiamor on producing items they wanted. They have all been very pleased with the results. Bottom line - no pressure, just customer satisfaction at very reasonable prices.

I've been searching for a diamond for almost a year and I've been comparing diamond prices with other online retailers, Adiamor has unbeatable prices on GIA certified diamonds. I just purchased a 1.02ct cushion, F color, no fluorescence, excellent cut, IS2 but is super eye clean for less than 2,300. The setting and the band are exactly what I expected them to look like. As anyone would be buying online I too was unsure if this was a good idea or not but I'm so glad I went through with it. Great Quality. Very pleased with this purchase.

So disappointed with the customer service that I received from the \owner\ of this company. My husband bought a ring to surprise me for Christmas/ anniversary and unfortunately it wasn't a good fit- Despite advertising \extended holiday returns\ I wasn't able to return or exchange the ring. Blown away that for such an expensive purchase there was absolutely no effort made to make the customer happy. Certainly won't be doing any more business here- and I'd definitely think twice about buying unless you are sure that it's a perfect fit/style for the recipient. Side note- I'm a pretty positive person and I've probably written about 2 negative reviews in my life. Was just really blown away by the complete lack of effort and accommodation.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. They are true professionals and guided me along the way with their help. I used their chat service about 6 times and every time they helped address my naive and sometimes redundant questions.
