This place helped me find the right equipment for my amateur attempt at filming a friend's wedding including setting up a photo station. They were helpful and descriptive. I can't wait to come up with another project to use their services. Definitely recommend.

Adolph Gasser team helped me fix my flash in a quick moment. It wasn't working and they looked at it. It was actually a contact error and he was able to clean it using an eraser. He was like a flash whisperer and he woke it back up to life. Also, all of this was free of charge! I asked if I needed to pay and he said I was good to go. ( it took under 5-10 min to fix) But I couldn't figure it out so I was definitely willing to pay if he fixed it. Plus five additional stars for that!
I have used Adolf Gasser for Many years. I call them "ol faithful" as that is just what they are, there when you need them. I used Calumet and some of the other Rental shops and have always gone back to Adolf Gasser for my rental needs. There are ups and downs with every Production rental outfit. Adolf Gasser is willing to work with the client to make things right.
Only went in for a lens cap, came with that plus a filter. Great service and good selection of gear. In a pleasant contrast to a top rated (on yelp) camera store in London I didn't detect a hint of pro-photography only snobbery. I might go back for yet another camera bag... :)
Check several camera shop around that area and found that they have best price and staff is very helpful. Got Canon 17-40 F4L and staff show me the Canon rebate right away. Others, I have to ask.
Was a bit hesitant due to the reviews highlighting poor customer service, but I did not experience that at all. Was greeted warmly as I entered and helped straight away. Was having an issue of black spots on my photos and I thought I had a dirty mirror or sensor on my SLR, and the guy that helped me went out of his way to try and solve the problem without then need for a service and showed me how to do it my self next time. I ended up leaving my camera there anyway as we couldn't get it perfectly cleaned, but was very impressed with the level of service.
