Professional and thorough. The staff are polite and knowledgeable. The offices are clean and modern. They do not accept MassHealth, but their self pay costs are not prohibitive.

This was my first visit, so I can only speak from first impressions. I arrived with only two minutes to spare to my appointment and immediately used my phone to inform the office of my arrival. Within only a minute I got a reply to come into the office and check in. This was great because my biggest pet peeve is having to wait to be seen by the doctor. Minutes later I was guided to my assigned room and a nurse took my medical history, then a few minutes later I was seen by my doctor practitioner. The whole visit was pleasant and unobtrusive. This is a very professional practice that I would gladly refer to friends and family.

Very efficient and professional staff. From the reception until my departure, the services I was given were top notch and thorough. The Covid protocol was strictly enforced and I felt very safe. Nurse Practitioner Anna and Allison took there time and were methodical. If you need quality skin care, they will take good care of you. Thank You!

In searching for answers to my medical concerns I even went to Brigham and Women’s thinking there would be more answers to be had. Even they agreed that Dr. Mailhot’s treatment of my Cindy was spot on and they could offer no more. Trust me, you will be in good hands when choosing AP dermatology.
