Bob brings over 22 years of expertise within medical device operations, providing strategic leadership of a cross-functional staff and development of key alliances to drive top-line and bottom-line financial performance.  Previously he worked at Tegra Medical for 9 years, in multiple executive roles across Operations and the Genesis Tech Center. Bob also worked in life science operations at Smith Medical for 10 years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management and Information Systems (OMIS) from University of Massachusetts. Prior to Advanced Instruments, Sue worked for Haemonetics Corporation, where she served as Vice-President, Finance and Corporate Controller, leading all aspects of finance (controllership, planning & analysis, taxes, treasury) for a $900M global medical device manufacturer.
