Advanced Skin Medspa is amazing! I suffered with rosacea on my face my whole life. Marissa made it disappear in 2 treatments!!! She is more knowledgeable than any dermatologist, she really knows her stuff. The staff is so sweet an accommodating, Francesca is a doll. I definitely recommend Advanced Skin Medspa, it's the best!!

Judgement free, friendly, knowledgeable, curious and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. They offered me coffee, tea, snacks, water and made me feel welcomed from the second I made my appointment to the time I sat for my procedure. Marissa was able to get all of my skin tags and dark spots/sun spots and was quick about it. I've seen MANY Dermatologists over the years and NONE have yet to get ALL of the marks and tags I have been wanting removed. Marissa was able to remove all of them with confidence and ease, making me feel confident and relaxed. I would recommend Advanced Skin MedSpa to everyone looking to get anything done. The knowledge behind the business is one of a kind and the staff all seem to get along and have really great vibes.
Marissa was amazing! I was nervous about getting a laser facial, but her knowledge and transparency helped me relax. I also get overwhelmed by all of the products out there, but she simplified a skincare regiment for me, working within my individual capacity- she didn’t oversell- I love that!! I am definitely coming back !
The ONLY place I will go in the Hudson Valley for facials and face lasers. They will never push anything.
