When this place was in Terminal 2, it was much swankier. Now it’s a bit more cramped and lacking showers and space to spread out but that doesn’t mean it’s bad. Some of the nicest people work here and make you feel welcomed and invited. They keep the drinks and munchies stocked. No, they’re not serving sandwiches — not a single Maple Leaf I’ve been to does that. However, they have some nice soups, hummus, salsa, tahini/yogurt, two different salads, edamame and cookies. Thanks to Maria and Alexis for making travel that much easier!

Clean. Bright. SMALL. And VERY slow elevator. Definitely needs more seating. Quiet relaxing space. Decent snacks and beverages.

Small lounge, there’s not enough seating and it’s cramped.. sitting areas so close to one another that you hear all the neighbors conversations. Food selection limited, and ran out 2.5 hours before lounge closed. Only apples available as fruit option. Departure screen at back hidden behind some decorative wall, so you have to get up and walk all the way across the lounge to see info. I literally scraped the dish to get the stuff that’s in my picture.

The receptionist is not kind enough to help me verify my status even though I show a valid star alliance gold , ask to go out and only able to go in after calling copa airline customer service and they have direct contact with the receptionist. The food is not as expected, maybe because it is early in the morning around 6:00am. Ambiance is decent but a little small.
