We have used Aire Serv now twice and both times the technician showed up on time, performed excellent service, and explained everything in detail .

I signed up and paid for the biannual service in July 2018. My only complaint about this service is that YOU have to call THEM to schedule it - otherwise, I guess you just lose out on it. Until now, each time a tech has come, we have been pleased with the service and results. That said, on 10/10/19, a tech came to perform the fall service and recommended we get our ducts cleaned. We were told we had to pre-pay for the service and scheduled it for 10/18. We asked to have the dryer vent cleaned as well - the whole bill was 476. I received a text 10 minutes AFTER the tech showed up alerting me that my tech was \on the way and would be there shortly.\ LOL This was a first for me (having ducts cleaned), so I really did not know what to expect. This was a horrible experience (that I will never, ever do again!). The techs damaged the ceiling, sliced the paint, bent the vents, gouged my wood floor, put dings/dents in 2 walls and left the floors a mess in general (with small particles from the ceiling). I have a beautiful leather couch that had pieces of debris from the ceiling on top of it and in between the cushions. My husband had just recently cleaned and conditioned the leather - so that will have to be done again. I spent 2 hours after they left cleaning my floors and I'm still finding pieces I missed. Fortunately, my husband is a carpenter, so he assured me he would be able to fix the damaged ceiling, repaint and replace the bent vents - but why should he have to? I'll have to live with the gouged wood floor - that is not easily repaired. I contacted Doug (the owner) the next day; a week has passed and there has been ZERO response. These guys do great AC service - but I am HIGHLY cautioning everyone to NEVER allow these guys to clean your ducts/vents!
Mike the Technician was very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. When I call to make an appointment they always can fit me in and work with my time. I have never had any issues or problems with my air/heating after the maintenance or work is done.
We've been using Aire Serve for years and they have done a great job. They replaced our air conditioning unit and heater. We also use their annual maintenance service which gives us a discount on needed repairs. They have always been professional and reasonably priced.
Tracy was the specialist that came to our house. He did a fine job and we are satisfied especially with the duct cleaning. We are long time customers of Aire Serv and will continue to be. Thanks for the knowledgeable service.
