I felt very safe at AFC. i was called in from parking lot and went right into an exam room. The nurse was very friendly, professional and thorough. The PA was very professional as well. Highly recommend.

I happen to go a day after a major holiday so it was pretty quite. 2 receptionist 1 male and 1 female. Both greeted me without a smile. I filled out a lot of paperwork. Mostly how they can contact me through various portals. The Medical Assistant who took me in was very nice. She is the only person i had the most contact with. She took the vitals, she did the strep test, she gave me the paperwork about by medications and walked me out. The doctor although very nice came in for less then a minute to check my throat and respirations and that was it. I had to ask him about my meds while he was in the hallway. It was very fast service which don’t get me wrong is great but at least let me get a question in before your off. Other then that the place is new and clean. Very high tech and it only took me 50 minutes from walking in to the place and getting into my car. So that was a plus point. Not sure if that was due to the lack of people or just great service.

Don’t bother going anywhere else. AFC urgent care is the best. Polite, friendly, helpful and above all professional. Treated me and my wife with care, understanding and kindness.

Making an appointment and doing paperwork online was very helpful. Communication was good. Sterile protocols seem in place (wait in car). The gentleman who administers the covid swab test made it as gentle and quick as was possible. The PA was friendly and helpful.

Fast, private, professional and convenient. Got tested for COVID and antibody. Bring you through back door for privacy. Highly recommend if you need or want to get tested.
