Ordered some items from this place on Feb 11th. It was supposed to arrive 2/16 and it still hasn’t arrived. Tracking data stopped working on the 16th. Contacted them and instead of getting an answer I get a voicemail saying they are only open from 1-4 weekdays. I was calling from 1:30-3:30 with no answer for two days. Then I emailed, tool 4 days to get a response. Just to tell me that they don’t know where it is but they are in contact with USPS. Then I asked for a refund and they are saying USPS is doing an investigation. I ordered the parts elsewhere and it was here in 2days. Horrible Horrible customer service

Super nice and helpful staff! Clean store with a lot of inventory and descent prices! Kinda hard to see but it's right next to the nail salon. Thanks Tyler for the awesome customer service! I know where to go with any TM questions!

Great great shop thanks to the super dudes behind the counter. They are all about service and are really cool with newbies too (like my kids and I). Their tech work is awesome, great prices across the board. They also have a growing community of customers that play together from your week-night escapes to Tac City or N1, to big scenario games everywhere.
