We had a great customer service experience with airsoft station. In particular Kev R. was a big help and quick to respond. While the fun we got had a manufacturer defect and we had to return it, we will still buy from this company again. I value good and quick communication as well as a good return/exchange policy if goods don’t meet expectations. My 5 stars is for customer service and buying experience.

Great customer service! Reliable! We had a bad experience with another company. We went to Airsoft Station hoping for a better experience and more reliable service — we were not disappointed.
I have been attempting to resolve a return issue for 18 days now, order number 297864. I ordered online while the store was closed and needed to cancel the order, so I emailed before the store opened the next day and called right when they opened, but I was told the order shipped and I could not cancel. No problem, I'll return the items and get the refund that way. Nope! The only item to ship was the charger at 16.95, so I returned that and they credited my card back the 16.95 (quickly), but not the other 280.19 for the items that did not ship. Now, I cannot get an answer as to what it will take to get the balance refunded. Numerous phone calls and emails without resolution. Customer service has been friendly so far, but it should not be this difficult to get a refund on items that have never shipped. ***Update*** My issues were resolved. It took a little bit, but the outcome was acceptable. Received a call from Customer Service manager, who took responsibility for the issues. I will give Airsoft Station another chance when I do buy a gun. It’s refreshing when someone takes responsibility for a mistake, and then they fix said mistake. Thank you!
Great service! I mistakenly ordered some camo pants 2 sizes too big for me. They easily allowed me to return them for store credit and I now have the pants I wanted! I love how they offer so many coupons, specials and discounts. One of my favorite Airsoft dealers!
The online store is laid out pretty well and its selection is not bad. The prices are competitive and the free shipping is nice. I received my complete order within 10 days and the customer service is good.
