Airworks installed the Carrier Ductless heating and air system in my brand new beach duplex 3 years ago (2017). The system never worked correctly, they came out to try and repair the system they installed over 20 times in 3 years, finally they simply gave up and refused to take my calls. One of their techs called me after he quit to apologize for what had happened, telling me their owner owed so much money to his suppliers he could no longer get parts from them and was probably going out of business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL AC or HEATING!

Airworx saved our bacon. When our air broke down on a 90 degree day, they came right out. We are seniors so the heat really is a problem. They were affordable and professional. We highly recommend Airworx!!!

Thank You Airworks Heating and A/C. We came home from the boat races in San Diego (Bay Faire) only to find out our A/C was not working. Called them Monday morning and they were out today at 7:30 am fixed with a smile by John our Technician. I use them to service my rentals as I do property management and this was the first time I personally needed service at my home. Now I know why my tenants report an excellent experience on the service reports. Thanks again Airworks!
