I had a name change and had to mail my documents due to COVID. I received a letter back saying it was processed and my documents should be including with this letter. Surprising enough my documents weren’t included and when I called to figure out where they were the people in the office were extremely rude and said they have no idea where my documents are and I was hung up on twice just for asking for more information about my documents they lost. Terrible service need to fire the whole staff and start over.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Got hung up on because my documents were lost and I asked where they were. Smh. Those calls aren’t recorded or reviewed.
They don't give you a direct answer. They'll tell you anything just to get you off the phone
Long hold times and more often then not they just hang up on you. Typical of any government run facilities. Don't expect a fast turn around time.

My wife and I went into the office today to sign up for social security benefits. We had no appointment, but were in and out in less than an hour. Our representative was Maria and she was so helpful and efficient.
