Always friendly and go above and beyond to provide their services. Whether I need 100 lbs or 3,000 lbs of dry ice they have always made arrangements to accommodate, even on short notice.
My charity brought in frozen propane tanks that they couldn't fill because we stored them wrong (Duh us). So they KEPT THEM, WARMED THEM UP, FILLED THEM and then let us come back to get them later. Now THAT is service. Unbelievable. Love these guys.

I needed some dry ice for a science project. Staff was friendly, helpful and even gave me a tour of the plant! Great folks there!
