I wish I could remember the emolyee that helped me with my return. He was so kind and went above and beyond to process my return outside the return date on the gift receipt. This BAM always has great customer service, but the guy that helped me was fabulous!

COFFEE DRINKER WARNING. Stopped at 3:45pm specifically for coffee. We were told there was NO COFFEE. So, this BAM has employees, a coffee counter, coffee beans, coffee makers, and no coffee! Hm. Making a GoogleMaps note ... never stop at I-65, Exit #238, Alabaster, AL for coffee at BAM. Uh, this isn't the first time coffee was unavailable here.
