Very bad experience..... waiting for refund from past 6months ... I will never recommend or consider Alanita Travel.

Everyone working for this agency is using Fake Names, I had deal with “Sohil” Fake Name, Manager “ Ashiq” Fake name , I don’t care if they use fake names, as long as they provide customer service that’s what matters . Point is when they use “Fake” Names that mean they are not Exist! Give your Valuable Business to those people who u know! Very first I thought , I should not write negative review but then I realized if everyone think same way how would next generation ( upcoming ticket buying customers) will know about this agency! DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS PLACE! I SEE ON GOOGLE REVIEW THEY HAVE “5” STARS! ........really? Now u know how this business works, if u want catch a cat what do you do? 5 Stars......! I purchased 5 tickets and because of COVID flight was canceled! They charged me 55 for refund process , which airline says wrong charge! But it’s been 5 months no refund and when calling airline customer service said they never requested! Now they are not cooperating!
Don’t purchase tickets from Alanita - go to the airlines directly. They don’t care about their customers - only after your money and will gloss over refund, booking policies to get it. Worst travel agency. Don't respond to emails. Call endlessly without looking at previous notes. Booked a round-trip flight with them. First, they booked tickets that didn't let us choose the seats beforehand - they didn't tell us this when we booked the ticket. Second, they changed the 1st connection without checking with us. Had to call them multiple times (since they don't respond to email) to get it addressed. Third, when we were in India we had an emergency, and had to reschedule our return ticket to come back early. Agents were super rude, and very unhelpful and gave us the run-around asking us to call the airlines. When the airlines pushed us back to them, they claimed that they couldn't rebook us unless we booked a new itinerary since there were no seats - how can that be? Whether its a new reservation, or an existing reservation, a seat is a seat. Finally, they admitted that they would book us back only if we paid for a new ticket. At that point we were so done with Alanita we decided to cancel our ticket, and not to give them our business. Turned out the ticket was valid only for 1 more month, so it was thousands of dollars down the drain.
Don’t expect your money back, we’ve been trying for 6 months. If y’all want to buy from here since it’s cheap, don’t. Rather spend a hundred dollars more than not getting proper service. We’ve paid 55 dollars for the refund but we still haven’t received those yet.
I have been booking tickets through Al Anita for past couple years . All was good till it was just the booking . This time we had unfortunate event in the family and needed to cancel tickets. Airline was ready to work with us but since the ticket was booked through Al Anita they wanted us to come via them . Numerous phone calls and emails and I don’t have any resolutions yet. When you are booking the ticket they would call you back in 20 mins but for this case days go on and no one calls back . I used to recommend Al Anita to my friends and family but will not do so any more This has been very terrible experience for us. The owner responded to get in touch with Natalia. Sent an email and tried to call , only to find that Natalia has left the organization. Al Anita - stop playing with people . And respond only if you intend to resolve ..
