Purchased a 1 gram vape cartridge on 08/21 and was told there was a 3 day return policy (pretty standard, makes sense). The cartridge completely stopped working with .5 gram left in the cartridge on 08/24. Called and asked if anything could be done. While the guy on the phone was extremely nice and helpful, he told me there was only a 24 HOUR return policy AND I needed all original packaging. Who keeps all their weed packaging??? 24 hours is not what I was originally told, and I feel like the return policy on vape pens should be longer

It's super dark inside and all the products look like there in gym lockers. Selection looked good and the young lady was very helpful but remember when you pay add your 5% muni tax since they dont include it (they just hand you your change). Disappointed first time in and not coming back. Every other shop pays the 5% and nothing sets you apart from the rest. Also deep off the path and not worth the time, check out Uncle Herbs or Raspberry roots if your in the area instead

I would rate this a 4 1/2 but because the workers are so friendly I gave it a 5. As I said the workers are very friendly their patient there not pushy. The layout is very small considering other store fronts that I’ve seen but I do like the information cards that they have in their showcase. They have these fun facts about their weed it tells you what it’s good for the ranking I think it’s very neat. They have a pretty cool reward system you get points for logging in and you get points for purchases. I’ve gotten some good weed and I’ve gotten some mediocre. The location was easy to find the parking is a little confusing I’ve gone about three or four times now and every time I still had no idea where to park. But I know they have deals on eighths daily for 40 bucks and you can’t beat that with a stick.
