Gretchen Bellinger Inc has always stood out as one of the most positive times in my life. The nature of the business is tough, but I always held a high regard for the experience and knowledge that was gained there. The atmosphere is professional, but management always took an interest, personally, to care about each individual employee. Working in design and textiles, especially those that are the quality of Gretchen Bellinger Inc, has allowed much opportunity and knowledge for other areas of design.

I wanted to love working here but just wish everyone were a bit more transparent. The office space is beautiful, but there's something about having to go through a 7 day trial run making minimum wage that is neither realistic nor honest. If you want to have the way you speak questioned (saying "yeah absolutely" versus "yes absolutely") and work in an environment where you aren't given any expectations or information regarding employment- then this is the place for you! Lesson learned.
