I've never had anything but wonderful food here, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It's very simple, but homey. I do have favorite dishes. They do the best French onion soup I've had outside Paris. Everywhere else is too salty! There salmon is luscious and the macaroni grand-mere delicious. Lovely salads. I don't drink many cocktails but I love to read about them! I enjoyed the couple I tried.

Uhm, wow. Talk about overreaching your food pricing. This place might have been great at some point in time, but it looks like it's lost its way. Food is nothing but decent. Servings are laughable for the price you pay. For example, I ordered steak-frites and for 20 I was surprised how little meat and how much fries there were instead. If we think there was some kind of special marinade or aging or if it was Kobe beef, you'd be happy to know that it was good old regular steak. The restaurant isn't that large either, and our server's service was almost non-existent. I haven't given a restaurant this low of a score before, but it's sad to see this place take the cake.

This is a rare find. They have several authentic specialties which I have not seen much outside of Nice, even within France. First we tried the socca, because that's THE dish that's impossible to find anywhere else. They must have a real oven because it was genuine. We also tried the bouillabaisse and a pizza with merguez and feta cheese, both excellent. For dessert they have a thyme-seasoned apple and honey tart which is unbelievable. The wine list is short and nothing to really write home about, but they have a few interesting cocktails and aperitifs. Prices are somewhat on the high side but not completely outrageous, considering the quality of the food. They also offer a bunch of more mundane stuff, fries and whatnot, if you must, but that's honestly a waste of a good restaurant experience. Start with the socca and go on from there.

Very oily and cheesy, even the salad I had. The special cocktails were overly sweet. The apple galette was excellent though. I'll be returning for that. Even if for nothing else.

Besides sitting right next to the kitchen where I could hear a lot of pots banging etc., the fire wood pizza was pretty tasty!
