Mussa is very helpful and explains everything I needed and also took the time to explain further to other members of the organization about the order. Never again. In October I ordered a shirt from a local sports league that my son played for. The email from TSS stated to pick it up in mid November at their location and listed their address. I never received an email or call so in early December I stopped to pick up the shirt. I was brushed off by the person working in the store and was given a number to call. The person on the other end advised I should have picked up the shirt at the concession stand in early November. I repeatedly explained the email told me specifically to pick up the item at their store after November 17. After much back and forth and being told it was my fault for not picking up the shirt he said he would contact the league and get back to me. A few hours later he called to advise that the shirt I had ordered was on back order and would be ready the following week. He claimed he called and left me messages on more than on occasion. That is a lie. I never received any voicemail or missed calls from them. When I went in the following week the pick up the shirt the person working pointed me to a pile and told me to look through to find my item. No attempt to get up from his desk and help. This is the worst customer service I’ve had in a while. If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutely Amazing Service. I am very happy with the owner. He was fast and efficient. The quality was def. a 5*. I will be using this company again very soon.
