DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!! I cannot express that enough. I paid 270 to get my refrigerator repaired at the beginning of October, it is now November and it’s still not fixed. He came out and said he repaired the fan but it wasn’t. I contacted them back and he came back said I just needed a new fan and he would order one and call me in 2 days and I didn’t hear from him in at least a week. The only contact he had with me was when I reached out. Apparently he ordered a fan 2 and a half weeks ago and claims it still isn’t in and I know it doesn’t take that long. When I finally requested my money back they wouldn’t give me labor charges. I basically paid for services that I didn’t get. I guarantee the positive comments are fake! This place is a rip off.

I had called three repair service company’s prior this M&M Factory Service. I placed a call after seeing one of their service vehicles on the road. After calling I read the reviews and was a little worried. They made their appointment and quickly diagnosed two separate appliances that I had. Gave me a price and ordered the parts to be shipped directly to me. Once the parts were in, they made an appointment and came out and made the repairs. even refunded money when they were able to repair one appliance with lees parts than originally thought. Awesome company and the employees are very easy to work with. Thank you for the excellent service work. Highly recommend.
My wife and I drove an hour to meet the repair man for an appointment scheduled between 8 AM and 11 AM. No one showed. This is not a local company. It’s a national company subs their work I suppose. I’m guessing all the positive reviews are fake.
Customer service was pretty good! They saved my 10 year old GE refrigerator. I saved money and had a pretty awesome repair experience in total.
Service guy was supposed to arrive between 12 - 1, no calls or contact until we called them, then showed up at 7pm. On returning, late again, with parts to do repair 4 days later, charged 185 plus original service call fee to replace a broken belt. Guy was very nice, courteous, but I felt under serviced and over charged.
